BF4D Diet - 10 Exercises to Burn Fat

There are not a lot of people who like exercise so when you go out to exercise make it useful and worthwhile. There is no doubt exercising helps to burn the fat but which ones are the best?

Walking

Going for a brisk walk can burn off the fat if done regularly. A 40 minute walk can burn over 200 calories. Walking is one of the best overall exercises as most people will be able to do this.

Step Aerobics

One of the favourites and still highly effective for burning fat Step Aerobics targets the legs and hips and your bum and you can burn about 450 calories off in 40minutes. You do not need the gym for this one as you can use a sturdy box, step or anything that is about 8 to 14 inches off the ground.

Cycling

This is a great way to lose weight and again it is easily accessible to everyone. You can burn up to 600 calories in 40 minutes with this one depending on the resistance you have set up for.

Swimming

Another great all round exercise to help you to lose weight fast and is an all rounder which helps with all the muscle groups in the body. You can lose up to 450 calories in a 40 minute session, more if you are going flat out.

Squash

Not for the faint of heart. This is a fantastic way to burn fat and you can lose up to 600 calories in a 40 minute game.

Rock Climbing

Not a favourite but still great for burning fat and strengthening the arms and legs. You can burn up to 400 calories in a 40 minute climb.

Cross Country Skiing

you can do this in the gym or get outdoors in the snow and do it. It involves using your lower and upper body and is great for getting rid of the big bum you can expect to burn 450 calories in 40 minutes.

Running

Not for everyone but it does burn some serious fat. You can expect to lose 350 calories in a 40 minute session.

Elliptical Trainer

Good way to build strength and endurance and you can expect to lose up to 350 calories in a 40 minute session.

Rowing

One of my favourites and it has the added bonus of losing fat from you arms as well as burning overall body fat. You can lose up to 500 calories in a 40 minute session depending on resistance.
