You might find that title a bit off putting as what you really want is something right now, today that will cure your impotence and erection problem. But it is important for you to know that most "cures" for impotence are simply aids to erection problems and do not take care or the core problem.
So it will be boldly stated that eating or drinking junk food, processed food, fast food, coffee, candy, fried food, chips and almost anything in excess will lead to erectile dysfunction or impotence problems.
Of course this is not something that happens over night, you may not see the error or your eating ways until you are in the late 20's or early 30's and even then you will be hesitant to say that it is because of your diet. But it will be.
My husband was 35 years old when he first started to have erection problems, nothing big, just a problem with "getting it up" or "keeping it up" now and then. At first he thought it was stress at work. Then he thought it was smoking, then alcohol. When the problem continued and got worse he started to try everything and I mean everything; creams and sprays, pills, herbs and pumps. I am not saying it was easy or fun. I missed coffee, I missed candy. I felt for the first week ill and I know my husband did as he complained incessantly about headaches. Whined about missing food and his mood was horrible.
But, and I say this with the biggest of smiles, one week later he woke up hard. I am not talking a mild woody; I am talking stiffness like I had never felt. He was like a race horse; suddenly he could get an erection and keep it for the longest time. I then started to complain of always being sore. He would wake me up in the night, he would come home on lunch breaks, it was simply amazing and the most amazing thing about it was he did nothing else but to eat with health in mind and cut out junk.
Yes we both occasionally go off the healthy lifestyle and eat junk now and then, but mostly we stick to it and I can tell you he has never had a problem since. If you truly want a healthier sex life and more importantly a healthier life in general then all I can say is diet is the way to go.
