How To Lose 5 Pounds In 1 Week - Free Diet and Exercises

I'm going to show you how to lose 5 pounds in 1 week with a simple diet and 2 exercises. If you're a busy person, even better since you won't need to go to the gym or block out any time for the exercises. Quick, simple, and cheap!

Lose 5 Pounds Diet

This diet is very basic and minimalistic when it comes to the variety of foods you eat. If you're a person that can't eat the same foods over and over, then this diet may not be for you.

Eat eggs for breakfast... very important because of the protein and satiation (feeling of fullness) you get from them... 3-4 scrambled eggs is best Eat a salad with a protein source such as 1 can of tuna, 1 can of black beans, 1 chicken breast, or 1/4 pound of lean meat... salads suck without a protein source, if you're trying to make them a meal by themselves Eat a lean meat with 1/2 pound of frozen broccoli/cauliflower... you can get a 1 pound bag of frozen broccoli/cauliflower mix for about Snacks... eat apples, low-calorie yogurt, or 10 black olives for your snacks... that gives you healthy snacks with a variety of tastes Eat these foods over and over... you can mix them up and use spices and other flavorings to change up the tastes so you don't get bored with them Drink water... lots of it... 1/2 gallon minimum... if you're going to lose 5 pounds in 1 week, some of that will have to be water weight since you can only lose 3 pounds of fat maximum each week... drinking a lot of water helps to eliminate retained water
Lose 5 Pounds Exercises

Jump on a mini-trampoline... what's great about this is you can do it during tv commercials so you don't have to block off exercise time... just exercise during all the 2 minute commercials (about 22 minutes in a 1 hour tv show) Hula hoop... this will be big in about 1 year within the weight loss community... just twirl the hula hoop around your waist during tv commercials (10 minutes a day total)

If you do all of the above, expect to lose 5 pounds in 1 week without much effort.
