The best way to achieve pregnancy through your diet is to address the specific issues you have, and then continue to eat a healthy, balanced diet. You'll want to make sure you eat two to three calcium rich foods every day like milk, cheese or yogurt.

Along with diet you can add supplements to make sure you are getting the nutritional balance you need. You want to make sure you are getting enough zinc and folic acid. With this you need to improve your iron levels. Remember the keyword is balance do not go crazy.

Seven servings per day of fruit and vegetables are preferred, with two of them being rich in folic acid. Foods rich in folic acid include lentils, spinach, orange juice and broccoli.

Two servings every day of lean, high protein foods like chicken or pork. You need six or more servings a day of whole grain foods like breads, cereals, rice and pasta.

Drinking coffee, soda, and a lot of juices don't count as hydration. Caffeine can also negatively affect some people trying to conceive if they have sensitivities. Stop the caffeinated beverages or at least cut back on them when you are trying to get pregnant.
